Scheurebe is an undervalued German cross created in 1916 between Riesling and a mystery grape. It is dry and tingly, with good acidity and powerful aromas of apricot, lime and gooseberry. It’s a jump-out-of-the-glass-and-whack-you-round-the-face sort of wine.

The Bauer brothers have called this "Scheu aber geil", or in English "shy but horny". Scheurebe might be shy but... You get the picture. Enjoy.
