Almost entirely Tempranillo, with some Graciano for added fruit and floral notes. This natural red is aged first in concrete, where it undergoes spontaneous fermentation (no added yeasts) and then transferred to old oak for a year.
The couple who started this vineyard Struggling Vines, named this wine series after their beloved dog, Hapa. He was their English bulldog companion during the first chapter of their life together in Hawaii, where they first met.
