A semi-dry Marsala, made with minimal sulphur additions. 4 years spent in old oak rounds out the flavours, but the fruit still shines. Fig, date and cinnamon notes come through, with plenty of other warming spices. Lightly sweet and slightly oxidised, this Marsala comes from one of the top producers in Sicily.
