A peach and honey ale with our house Belgian yeast strain to give a dry finish and an estery profile accentuating the peach and honey notes of the beer. It's complex, crisp, and thoughtfully balanced.
For as long as there has been beer, women have played a central part in brewing it. The Egyptian goddess Hathor was the embodiment of this 5,000 years ago. Today we pay homage to the women who play a major role in creating and sustaining the UK craft beer scene. Xanthe, Steph, Caitlyn & Maya all play important roles at Exale brewery and this beer was created and brewed by them in solidarity for international women’s day.
