The palate is clean and energetic, marked by chalky undertones, a textural, lush mouthfeel, and lip-smacking acidity to keep things balanced.
A perfect wedding, with the Sauvignon providing fruitiness, Chardonnay for richness, and the Orbois contributing to liveliness.

Following a manual harvest, the grape clusters are brought to the winery for direct pressing. Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations occur naturally (thanks to indigenous yeasts), and the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
Not too far from the banks of the Loire river, nestled between three forest massifs - Sologne, Cheverny and Chambord. The vineyard was established in 1961 by Roger Tessier and has remained in the family ever since, with Simon taking over in 2020. Like most of Loire, the soils here are predominantly limestone overlain by marine deposits and silica-clay, which combine to form the region’s highly mineral wines.

Origin: Loire Valley, France
Vintage: 2025
Grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Orbois
Food pairings: appetizers and hors d'oeuvres, grilled fish, seafood and shellfish, fresh cheeses
Bottle size: 75cl
ABV: 13%

ORGANIC / NATURAL
