Brewed with cacao and pandan leaves. Fermented with wild Brettanomyces and then aged on black cedarwood. With hits of roasted coffee and chocolate, parma violet, and farmyard funk from the yeast. Hints of leather and tobacco from the cedarwood and a dry lasting tannic finish, This is a robust and complex beer, aged for 2 years. Limited edition just 200 bottles made.
