Ciello Bianco is an organic white wine from Sicily. Hands on, natural approach without filtration leaves this wine with a deliciously savoury aspect. The colour is quite deep, the acidity is soaring and very refreshing with great concentration. Lots of quince, apricots and almonds on the finish.

The dynamic Vesco family took over the winery 10 years ago and have since revolutionised the practices and invested in cutting edge technology. The wines are all certified organic and planted on south-east facing slopes. Night harvesting and modern temperature controlled fermentations result in a bright, fresh Catarratto.

This is a notably elegant style of topped up savagnin which shows its supreme versatility as a food wine. Aged in 3-5yo barrels this has zesty lime on the nose, there is a perfect play of fruit and acidity on the palate, with stewed lemons, menthol hint, spice and characteristic salinity and attractive bitters on the finish.
Loreline Laborde is an amazing young talented female winemaker that started making in Jura in 2010, with only 2 ha of vines. This wine showcases the richness of Savagnin, been fruit and mineral driven, ouille (topped up, no oxidation). The palate is has a lot of texture, its full bodied but well balanced. It is a MUST TRY wine, if you like wines from Jura or the french Alpes.

Another killer orange by the Slobodne family, this time 100% Pinot Gris. Destemmed grapes with 2 weeks of skin contact, spontaneous fermentation outdoors, and then aged in steel for 18 months. Floral, fruity, funky, fresh.

The vineyard has been reclaimed by the Jewish family who still runs it, after it was lost twice: to WWII and then to the communist government. The current generation is invested in natural wines and biodiversity; particularly working with skin contact offerings and constant experimentation in their processes.
