An elegant sparkling wine made in the traditional (Champagne) method, from the Alsace region. A nose of zesty lemon pith, honey, and elderflowers, with flavours of toasted brioche and dried red fruits. It's rich and buttery.
Domaine Rietsch is run by husband and wife team Jean-Pierre and Sophie Rietsch. They made natural, biodynamic wines with very minimal sulphur, if any. Rietsch is the definition of a cult winery, with those in the know searching to snap up the wineries rare releases.
