Stylish, racy champagne with a fresh floral fruitiness and insistent mineral notes. This wine is from the grand cru village of Tours-sur-Marne, located at the eastern end of the Vallée de la Marne and just below Bouzy. It’s a blend of one third 2012 and two thirds reserve wine from a solera system. Cuvee aged and with malolactic fermentation completed, it was disgorged in May 2014 with a 4g/l dosage. Great texture, and even better value for money.

Petillant Naturel, or Pet Nat for short, is a sparkling wine made in the 'methode ancestrale', which is to say, bottle with residual sugar which then continues to ferment in the bottle, finishing relatively dry with pleasantly frothy bubbles. This is wonderfully drinkable, and a natural progression for Prosecco drinkers looking for something a little more interesting while still being easy and fun to drink. The ultimate summer juice! Refreshing with a slight fizz, but still complex in flavour. With some residual sugar making it off-dry. Very juicy (as the label might suggest) with deep hits of red cherry.
Dido and Jur aka the Grapehunters travelled the world to learn to make wine. Now they live their dream as Vinyes Tortuga, located between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean Sea. They share their land with nearly extinct tortugas and own a 9.5 hectare estate, with schist and slate soils. The vines are currently in conversion to be officially certified organic, Dido is working hard to learn more about biodynamics so this will be the next step. All fermentations are spontaneous without additions. They bottle the wines by gravity without filtering, fining, stabilizing, or sulphur addition.

A pet nat made from 10 different indigenous Catalan varietals, both red and white, macerated for 10 days with 10% of the skins from the red grapes for a blushy hue. It’s bone dry with dazzlingly juicy raspberry, rose and thyme fruit, a gentle fizz and cool acidity. Pure pleasure. The name translates as "crazy red".

Toni Carbó made a name for himself via his collaboration with good friend Ramón Jané as Mas Candi, opting to make their own wines after decades of their families selling grapes to Cava houses. Mas Candi became famous for delicious low intervention Penedés wine, however, in 2012 Toni and his wife Anna decided to go further and create their own project. La Salada is a homage to Toni’s great grandfather and the grapes for all of its wines come from plots that Toni’s great grandfather bought from the wealthy landowner in order to improve his family’s lot in what was then a more or less feudal system. These were the poorest plots and the vines have been grown organically and never treated with chemicals.
