Juan Antonio Ponce began his winery in 2005, at the age of 23. He works biodynamically in the vineyard, and in the winery he takes a natural approach, using low levels of sulfur dioxide. His philosophy is to make natural wines with wild yeast fermentation, to respect the local varietal Bobal, and to express its terroir.

Full of ripe summer red berries, an appealing fusion of crisp acidity, ripe strawberry and raspberry flavours.
The label features Westwell Pink wood anemone - a diminutive flower which grows exclusively in the woods which surround the vineyard.

Westwell Wine Estate, a south-facing slope on chalk soil in the Kent Downs planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Ortega. Adrian Pike purchased Westwell Estate in 2017 and is joined by viticulturist Marcus Goodwin who was at Davenport Vineyards for over 20 years.
With their first year spent getting used to new surroundings, Westwell took things a little more experimental in 2017, and then further still in 2018. Opting to reduce the sprays from 4 times a year, to 2 times a year to, in 2019 only once a year (in Spring) he is working practically organically. They will not be certified, as this is just too much of a risk in such a marginal climate, but will always opt for the most sustainable option.

The ultimate summer juice! Refreshing with a slight fizz, but still complex in flavour. With some residual sugar making it off-dry. Very juicy (as the label might suggest) with deep hits of red cherry.
Dido and Jur aka the Grapehunters travelled the world to learn to make wine. Now they live their dream as Vinyes Tortuga, located between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean Sea. They share their land with nearly extinct tortugas and own a 9.5 hectare estate, with schist and slate soils. The vines are currently in conversion to be officially certified organic, Dido is working hard to learn more about biodynamics so this will be the next step. All fermentations are spontaneous without additions. They bottle the wines by gravity without filtering, fining, stabilizing, or sulphur addition.

This wine comes from a vineyard in McClaren Vale, and the vines were planted in 1946.

Taras Ochota creates single vineyard offerings from stellar growers across South Australia, and has made a big name for themselves in the Australian wine scene. Their wines are sophisticated but accessible, bringing balance and nuance to everything they make.

Super fun colour, although this is a pure Pinot Gris, we have almost a rosé here due to the fermentation of the mash. Baked red summer apple, raspberry, strawberry aromas. Very aromatic, spicy, playful. Powerful and powerful on the palate, also a lot of red berry fruit, currant, wild strawberry, everything runs along the wonderfully soft but freshness-giving acid trail. Delicate tannins are gripping, with some bitter orange and grapefruit in the end.
A beautiful, harmonious Pinot Gris, which gets a very animating.

The CX of Partida Creus is a real bombshell of freshness, a nose that plays on notes of white fruits, citrus, and aromatic herbs. Tart and funky on the palate, with a long finish. A super rare and super good wine.

Partida Creus is the project of two Italians now in residence in the Tarragona region of Catalonia, just south of Barcelona. The idea of the project was to work with historical, often overlooked local varietals that in many cases were not recognised by the D.O. of the area: Penedès. Massimo and Antonella strategically went about buying up small plots of abandoned vineyards dotted around the area where mostly unknown varietals such as Garrut, Vinyater, Samsó and Queixal de Llop grew. They sought to revitalise the vines and work out the best expression for these old varetals, working without chemicals in the vineyard and without selected yeasts or any other additions in the cellar. They make an impressively dizzying number of different wines, all of which are unified by a very distinctive house style - raw, visceral and pungent reds, and salty, turbid, expressive whites. As a couple they have an insatiable energy that really comes through in the wine.
