Lovely complex red from the southern Rhône region. Flavours of nicely preserved fruit, with some tobacco notes as well. Created without any copper, additives, chemicals, fining agents, or filtration.

This husband and wife team literally left Demeter (the largest international biodynamic certifier in the world of agriculture) because they didn't think their standards were strict enough. These two are the real deal: small production, very low intervention, delicious wines.
