Frederick Stevenson Vine Vale Grenache

2/3 BIODYNAMIC

Like summertime in Australia in a bottle. A Grenache with big fruit: bright, and funky, with a slight bite of tannin. Easily could be chilled.

Frederick Stevenson has taken biodynamic grapes from one of his partner sites, making up two thirds of this wine, and added the remaining third from another trusted local vineyard - making this a complex and unusually processed wine. While all of the grapes are hand-picked, there is a mix of whole bunch and de-stemmed grapes, as well as a combination of long and short term fermentation batches that contribute to this red. A perfect example of the adventurous and detailed offerings that have become Stevenson's signature.
