A smooth and ripe organic Chianti with aromas of cherry, forest fruit, and liquorice. Silky and smooth on the palate with a hint of spice and more cherry flavours. The tannins are soft and the finish is clean and juicy. Like all Chiantis, this makes for a great food wine.
San Ferdinando's estate is located in the heart of Chianti. Everything produced there is done in accordance with organic principles, with weedkillers and insecticides completely banned, and the majority of vineyard work is done by hand.
