An elegant Sauvignon Blanc from the historic Saint Louis family property. Crisp and fresh, with aromas of blossom, citrus, pomelo, and passionfruit. All balanced by a stony minerality that keeps the finish clean and energetic.
Seven generations have been taking care of this family estate, farming completely organically and regeneratively, meaning they care for all of the plants and animals which inhabit their vineyards, not just the grapes. By strengthening the biodiversity in the terroir, they believe they are strengthening and improving their wines as well.
