Mineral-led and slightly more full this vintage, this is a very clean and vibrant Pinot. The Durrmann family make these lines without any sulphites, and they've been using a gentler touch in the winery since Yann, their son, took the lead on winemaking. They're eco-warriors showcasing the low-intervention side of Alsace.
