Slowly fermented with wild yeasts, this is a refreshing medium dry cider that has a touch of juicy sweetness here, and a bit of tannin there. The Wild Ferment is an unfiltered, easygoing cider.
Silly Moo make their ciders in Sussex, where either swap apples with their neighbours for bottles of cider, or grow them on their farm. This family-run business is also where they also raise cows, who go nuts for the leftover apple pomace that they get as a treat every year after the cider is pressed - which is where the cider brand got its name.
ELDERFLOWER CIDER, 4% ABV
Infused with pollen and nectar from wild elderflowers picked onour farm and the surrounding countryside, this light and super refreshing summer cider makes your pallet sing. It’s a zingy uplifting drink not too sweet and lead by the subtle but unmistakable taste of real elderflower.
CIDER, 5.5% ABV
Funky, full-bodied, and fizzy. A quirky medium cider with dry cinnamon-y tannin to keep down the sugar from the dessert apples that Kentish Pip use to make it. Tasty and fun.
MEDIUM DRY CIDER, 6.2% ABV
Made from a carefully selected blend of cider apples. Allowed to ferment slowly over winter and matured for more than a year. A delicious medium dry lightly sparkling cider. Big, punchy, a long finish with plenty of depth and just a little bit of oak to keep things interesting!
CIDER, 6.5% ABV
Made with old Czech apple varieties from organicly tended orchards, fermented with spontaneous wild yeast in 225 litre oak barrels with zero sulfur added. After spending 12 months in barrels, they are bottled without fining or filtration.
Somewhere between cider and wine, this still cider is smooth with soft notes and subtle acidity.
PERRY, 6% ABV
Red apple aroma, with good acid/tannin balance with full robust mouthfeel and stone fruit and spice taste. Fermented in steel barrels with wild yeasts.
