PASSIONFRUIT GOSE, 4.8% ABV
Modelled after the traditional sour beers of Northern Germany. A sour, salted, wheat beer. Towards the end of fermentation, they added copious amounts of Passionfruit, for a beer that's fresh, zesty and packed full of tropical flavour.
UNTRADITIONAL LAGER 4.5% ABV
Here to challenge all preconceptions of lager as a boring, tasteless beer. This beer is combining ingredients from all over the world to create a hybrid - a combination of a Pilsner and a hoppy India Pale Ale. Untraditional Lager combines the ultra-soft water profile found in Pilsen, the delicious flavour of local British malts, the citrus, fruity and pine-like aromas found in USA West Coast hops and the clean, crisp finish that Czech lager yeast is famous for.
HELLES LAGER 4.8% ABV
This modern lager is a malty maverick with a riot of golden, full-bodied flavour. Traditional Helles combined with New World hops. An easy drinker to release your inner rebel.
Lager, 3% ABV
All citrus, all the time. Dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, this lager is crushable, crisp, and loaded with tangerine flavours.
UNFILTERED ALCOHOL FREE LAGER, 0.5% ABV
Unfiltered lager that’s alcohol-free yet full of flavour. Lucky saint is made of bavarian barley, single-use yeast and hallertau hops.
LAGER, 4.8% ABV
Kellerbier, a specific type of lager famous in Franconia, a bottom-fermented beer that has been cold stored and matured over a number of weeks before release. Unfiltered and unpasteurised retaining all of its flavours, great rich colour and pleasant mouthfeel, very drinkable and refreshing lager.
IPA, 7.2% ABV
In collaboration with Humble Sea from California, the Cali Power Smoothie is hoppy, fruity, and definitely doesn't taste as strong as the can says it is. Dangerously smooth, with a slightly bitter finish.
IPA, 5.6% ABV
Hazy, with pops of tropical fruit from the American hops. Mild bitterness, and a big hoppy palate.
Session Pale Ale, 3.6% ABV
Brewed with earl grey tea and lemon zest, the Yu Lu is highly sessionable and fresh. Nice texture and layers of flavour, which combined make for a complex session.
Dry Hopped Sour, 4% ABV
A tart, Berliner-style sour. Hoppy and dry to balance the tangy fruit, each batch is hopped differently - you never quite know what hop you'll get!
