INDIAN PALE ALE 6.7% ABV
Introducing the newest addition to Beavertown core range. This is their first straight up IPA, no funny business, just malt, yeast, water and hops. Lots of hops.
BLOOD ORANGE IPA 7.2% ABV
This special IPA from Beavertown pours a hazy amber with little head. The usual citrus bitterness is more mellow with a sweeter body. The finish is long and and has notes of the blood oranges.
INDIA PALE ALE, 5.5% ABV
A west coast IPA, dry hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra. At 5.5% its a fresh, zesty IPA, with lashings of grapefruit & pineapple on the nose.
Sour IPA, 7.2% ABV
A complex kaleidoscope of a beer, brewed with oats, hops, milk sugar, blackberries, black currants, and more. Smooth, dry, fruity, sour, hoppy, we could go on and on...
Wheat Pale, 5.6% ABV
A lovely coming together of wheat beer and pale ale styles, dry hopped with Citra and Amarillo. Fortunately, this doesn't take away from the tropical, clove-y notes mingled in the flavour profile.
Lager, 3% ABV
All citrus, all the time. Dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, this lager is crushable, crisp, and loaded with tangerine flavours.
Pale Ale, 2.9% ABV
All the flavour of a full-strength Pale, in a low ABV package. Smooth and moderate carbonation, with bright mandarin and grapefruit flavour. Punchy hop, with a bit of resin in the finish.
Lager, 4.8% ABV
A German Kölsch style beer, hoppy and fizzy with big flavour. Like a lager, but larger!
Pale Ale, 4.1% ABV
A golden, hazy amber coloured pale ale with low carbonation levels. Tropical, citrus fruit, and malt come through on the palate, with a mildly hoppy finish.
LAGER, 4.8% ABV
Kellerbier, a specific type of lager famous in Franconia, a bottom-fermented beer that has been cold stored and matured over a number of weeks before release. Unfiltered and unpasteurised retaining all of its flavours, great rich colour and pleasant mouthfeel, very drinkable and refreshing lager.
Pale Ale, 4.5% ABV
This pale has big stone fruit and citrus flavours, with heaps of Galaxy and Citra hops. Hoppy and easy drinking.
LAGER, 4% ABV
A cloudy Helles lager with floral notes and a crisp, zingy palate. Dry hopped, with some bready notes mingled with fruit.
Saison, 5.3% ABV
A Farmhouse Ale Saison by Seven Sisters Brewery, made with honey and thyme. Fresh and herbal, with a touch of sweetness from the honey.
IPA, 7.2% ABV
In collaboration with Humble Sea from California, the Cali Power Smoothie is hoppy, fruity, and definitely doesn't taste as strong as the can says it is. Dangerously smooth, with a slightly bitter finish.
IPA, 5.6% ABV
Hazy, with pops of tropical fruit from the American hops. Mild bitterness, and a big hoppy palate.
Session Pale Ale, 3.6% ABV
Brewed with earl grey tea and lemon zest, the Yu Lu is highly sessionable and fresh. Nice texture and layers of flavour, which combined make for a complex session.
Dry Hopped Sour, 4% ABV
A tart, Berliner-style sour. Hoppy and dry to balance the tangy fruit, each batch is hopped differently - you never quite know what hop you'll get!
American Pale Ale, 5.5% ABV
In collaboration with Butcher's Hook, the Vibrant Forest team have created this juicy Pale Ale, with oaty malts. A balance between East Coast and West Coast Pale styles.
Pale Ale, 5% ABV
A single hop Pale - only Citra to be found here. Like freshly squeezed juice, this Pale is massively dry hopped and delivers on all of the tropical and citrus fruit.
DDH Pale Ale, 5.5% ABV
A collab with Indyman, this DDH Pale is loaded with an array of hops (Citra Leaf, Citra Cryo, BRU 1 BBC & Idaho 7 T90). Massive tropical fruit flavours, tangy and musty, with a dry, bitter finish. Named after an Apocalypse Now quote, this beer is not one to sleep on.
